UR8L Multi Welding Table 7th Axis Welding Cell

This design features a multi-welding table workstation with integrated 7th-axis motion for the UR Robots UR8L collaborative robot. The setup includes multiple 48″ × 30″ welding tabletops with a 5/8″-hole grid, a heavy-duty overhead rack-and-pinion 7th-axis actuator mounted on a rigid T-slot aluminum frame, mounting provisions for the UR8L, and comprehensive structural and motion-hardware ready for deployment. Designed for high-throughput welding cells with flexibility and precision, it supports complex fixturing and enhanced reach via the 7th axis. Overall dimensions are approximately 2886 × 3698 × 2034 mm, with a total weight of about 1266 kg. All components shown are included.
