Manual Tool Changer (Tool & Robot Sides)

The tool changer is a complete solution consisting of BOTH the robot side and a tool side, and ships with all mounting screws and dowel pin as shown. Robot Side for Low Profile Series Quick-Change Manual Tool Changer for collaborative and low payload (<50 kg) 6 and 7 axis robots. Direct mount to robot tool flanges with 31.5, 40 and 50mm P.C.D/ B.C.D. Change tools in seconds simply by releasing the locking lever and sliding a new tool into place. The robot side has the ISO 9409-1-50-4-M6 mounting pattern to be mounted directly to a robot wrist. The tool side has the ISO 9409-1-50-4-M6 mounting pattern replicating robot wrists with a 50mm mounting pattern.
