Worm Gearbox Kit, 70:1 Ratio

The Vention Worm Gearbox Kit is a parts kit to enable manual rotary jigs. The kit includes the gearbox, a mount, and the output shaft and flange to allow the kit to be directly integrated with the Vention ecosystem. The ratio of the gearbox is 70:1 and the handwheel is 200mm diameter to make the product easy to use even with heavy payloads and offset loads. The gearbox is non-back drivable for operator safety and can handle loads up to 1000 lbs (453 kg) when combined with a support on the other end of the payload.
