Vention’s second generation palletizer base arrives at your facility fully assembled and ready for deployment. Designed for seamless integration, it features the powerful MachineMotion controller and intuitive pendant interface, offering a user-friendly experience alongside a robust suite of features. Built into the base are essential components for efficient operation, including two pallet detection sensors, status lights, e-stop buttons, and adjustable pallet stops. The base is easily transportable using a forklift or pallet jack and includes a bulkhead panel for quick electrical and pneumatic connections. This base unit comes pre-wired to support Fanuc’s CRX-30iA with a fixed pedestal. Simply select the appropriate base configuration for your robot and column, then customize it further with your choice of safety systems, grippers, and pneumatic add-ons.
