The drawer base, designed for machine tending applications, features four double-sided drawers with lift-to-open release mechanisms and pre-wired inductive sensors to the robot's digital I/O, detecting three operational states. It’s mobile, with floor anchoring provisions to secure the base during robot operation. The compact design houses the robot controller, with a side door with DIN rail to mount components like air preparation stations and auxiliary controls. A side bulkhead includes 120V connectors, ethernet and pneumatic passthroughs, e-stop module passthrough, and 16 field wireable leads. Compatible with UR10e, UR20, UR30, FANUC CRX-10iA/L, CRX-20iA/L, and ABB GoFa10 and GoFa12 robots. An optional safety kit includes two Datalogic area scanners for 360-degree coverage.
