IPR Robotics TKX-010 Automatic Pneumatic Tool Changer Kit (Robot Side+ Tool Side + Tool Rack Tray+ Tool Rack Flange Plate)

This kit combines a TKP-010 robot-side tool changer PR-IP-001-0010, TKT-010 tool-side tool changer PR-IP-002-0010, flange plate PR-IP-005-0001, and tool rack tray PR-IP-005-1001 into a complete solution for automated tool changing and tool storage. The robot side and tool side feature an ISO50 interface, 10 kg payload capacity, pneumatic actuation, and a safety locking mechanism for fast, secure, and repeatable end-of-arm tool swaps. The flange plate mounts under the the tool side and enables horizontal or vertical docking with the tool rack plate. The tool rack tray provides a stable storage station and includes an adaptor plate for plug-and-play mounting on Vention extrusions, supporting efficient and organized multi-tool robotic applications. Because the flange plate uses clearance holes and the fasteners thread into the tool side of the tool changer, EOAT mounting screws must be 16 mm longer than standard when this plate is installed.
