The first half of 2025 saw a flurry of launches and groundbreaking AI-powered automation solutions from Vention. In Q3, we kept the momentum going with advances in Physical AI and the evolution of pre-engineered automation solutions. Beyond product launches and new partner additions, the Vention team also engaged with the manufacturing and AI communities through exclusive events, webinars, and educational initiatives.
Here’s a look back at all the action from Q3.
New Product Launches, Partnerships, and Resources
AI Operator: Bringing Physical AI to the Factory Floor
Traditionally, unstructured tasks such as picking varied objects from a bin have been considered too complex, requiring costly re-programming and overhauls. The human dexterity and intelligent decision-making required for these repetitive tasks made them one of the biggest productivity challenges, especially with rising skill shortages. In Q3, we launched the AI Operator, a powerful new solution to automate high-mix tasks without complex programming.
Powered by Vention’s MachineMotion AI controller and NVIDIA’s advanced AI models, the AI Operator enables robots to autonomously detect and pick diverse objects using only CAD files. It adapts to varied parts and environments, making it ideal for a wide range of unstructured tasks such as bin picking, machine tending, tote placement, and kitting.
Next Generation Rapid Series: The Most Versatile Cobot Palletizer Ever
As manufacturers navigate high-mix production and continued skilled worker shortages, the limitations of traditional palletizing automation are in sharp focus. Vention released the next generation of the Rapid Series Palletizer in Q3 to introduce much-needed versatility and simplicity to end-of-line automation.
Perfected using accumulated knowledge from thousands of palletizing deployments, the next-generation Rapid Series is the most complete solution available today. Its ability to automate unlimited SKUs, create recipes on the fly, provide built-in mobility, and achieve the highest stack height on the market makes it perfect for all types of factory floors. The modular design of the Rapid Series makes it even more compelling, as it can scale up easily without permanent installations or costly relocations. As part of Vention’s Unified Ecosystem, the Rapid Series also eliminates the need for multiple vendors and compatibility challenges for end-of-line packaging.
Click & Customize Welding Expands with ABB GoFa Integration
As metal fabricators try to address the severe shortage of skilled welders, Vention’s ‘Click & Customize Welding’ solution has introduced an agile way to automate welding. In Q3, we expanded the built-in flexibility of the customizable welding offering with the addition of ABB GoFa cobot arms.
Known for their precision, the ABB GoFa cobots were already part of Vention’s ecosystem. They are now included in complete welding packages, pre-configured with Miller or Fronius power sources. This enables true plug-and-play deployment, allowing you to connect to power and gas and begin welding immediately. Customers can also test weld quality before committing by sending their parts to us, removing risk from their automation plans.

New Catalog: See What Manufacturers Are Building with Vention’s Extrusions
Vention’s modular hardware and T-slotted extrusions are the building blocks of our automation platform. At the core of Vention’s unique LEGO-style automation is the patented V-groove interface, which creates self-aligning joints and can support up to 25% more payload. It also offers five times more vibration resistance than traditional T-slot systems, making it ideal for a wide range of designs from workstations and carts to robot cells, gantries, and more.
