With more than 20,000 automation deployments built on Vention, the best stories about our platform come from the factory floor. Engineers, technicians, and operators regularly share short clips of gantries, cobot cells, test stations, and more that show what “Vention Blue” looks like in the real world.
VentionBlue is our way to recognize those builds. It is a simple program that invites Vention customers and Vention Automation Partners (VAPs) to share their automation projects on social media so we can highlight them, learn from them, and thank the teams behind them.
Overview of the VentionBlue Program
VentionBlue is a year-round recognition program for real automation built with Vention. The program is simple: when customers or VAPs post short videos of their Vention-powered systems and tag us, our team reviews the content and selects participants to receive a Vention-branded Yeti Rambler Mug as a thank you.

These posts help the wider community see what’s being built, how fast projects come together, and how teams are applying the platform to solve real production challenges.
Who Can Participate
The program is open to all active Vention customers and Vention Automation Partners.
Participation simply requires that:
- The video features a Vention system, software platform, product, or application in use
- You have the permission to publicly share the videos of the system
How It Works
The process to submit your video or high-definition pictures is easy.
You can participate any time:
- Record a short video (usually 5-60s) of your Vention-powered build.
- Post it from your personal social media profile and tag Vention on LinkedIn, Instagram, or Facebook.
- Include your Vention experience in the post!
- Optional: Use hashtags for greater visibility. We recommend adding #VentionMade, #BuiltWithVention, #VentionBlue
- Optional: email the link to marketing@vention.com so we can ensure it is seen.
Our marketing team reviews newly tagged videos on a rolling basis. If your content is selected, we will contact you to confirm details and arrange shipment of your Vention Yeti Rambler Mug. Below is an example of a post that meets the VentionBlue program criteria.

What to Post and Why It Matters
Short, factory-floor clips work best.
Examples include:
- New cell running its first cycle
- Robot operating on Vention’s extrusions
- Before and after of a manual process now automated
- Time-lapse of the automation cell getting built
- Simulation or digital twin matched with real footage
Requirements:
- Vention components such as the extrusions clearly visible
- High-resolution videos and pictures preferred
- Professional environment
- No confidential screens, documents, or restricted areas
- No unsafe practices to capture video or pictures
- No competitor promotion
Guidelines for Capturing Useful Videos
While we appreciate high-resolution media, you don’t need special skills or a camera to capture them. A smart phone is enough. What does matter is clarity and a clear view of how the system works.
For best results:
- Keep the camera steady
- Begin with a wide shot of the cell, then move closer to key details
- Film in good lighting with good visibility
- Keep the clip short and focused
- Review the frame to ensure no confidential documents or screens appear
- Ensure operators wear appropriate PPE if they are visible
- You can include yourself in the video / photo (examples below)
Think of it as a quick snapshot of your work, not a polished production.
