System is designed for loading and unloading 2 EDM Machines, locations in front of the system is used for 3R pallet racking. will be adding sensors to detect each pallet position for part pallet present.
Floor mounted 7th Axis for medium-sized cobots such as Fanuc CRX-10iA, Doosan M-Series, and Universal Robots UR10e. using a compact 2 meters long Heavy-Duty Enclosed Timing Belt actuator. This design includes a dedicated shelf for the controller and leveling foot floor brackets to fix the robot cell to the ground. A MachineMotion 2 controller and motors are included. To use this design with your specific robot brand, select the appropriate robot mounting plate. Robot not included.
