Multi-level Conveyor Box Sorting Device

Community design

12"x12"x12" boxes are moved along a Dorner conveyor, at which point they are then sorted and placed on the next appropriate conveyor. There are 3 possible conveyors that these boxes can be moved to, and the UR5e is capable of accessing these due to the increased range of motion from the EWELLIX column LIFTKIT. The boxes are also easily griped with the aid of a Schmaltz electric vacuum gripper.
