Large Cobot Palletizer (robot not incl.) - Fixed Column

Community design

This collaborative robot palletizer is a simple and cost-effective solution to palletize heavier products. It has been designed for larger cobots like the Doosan H2515. The design is modular and can be optimized according to the robot and end-of-arm tool used. The pedestal can be repositioned along the main frame, and the pallet locators can also be adjusted depending on the pallet types. Behind the robot, a small frame was added to install the controller, the teach pendant and the tower light. The whole design has floor anchors. Robot, pallets and boxes are not included.
