Vention made a significant impact at ATX West 2025 in Anaheim, showcasing its latest innovations in industrial automation — Marketplace. Vention upgraded its popular online hardware ecosystem with an expanded catalog and enhanced user experience — making it faster and easier to find and integrate plug-and-play automation hardware. New easy-compare tools, navigation enhancements, and more transparent pricing and shipping times have also been added.
However, that wasn’t the only exciting part of Vention’s ATX West booth. Read more on Marketplace and the other solutions Vention showcased.
Vention Marketplace: Everything is Compatible Here
At the centerpiece of Vention’s ATX West 2025 booth was the new and enhanced Marketplace. Designed to make finding and integrating plug-an-play automation components faster and easier through a fully integrated hardware ecosystem, it now offers 200+ partner products. The 2,200+ fully compatible, plug-and-play components are available directly from Vention and 40 certified partners, making Marketplace the one-stop shop for automation needs.
Key features include:
- A vast selection of automation hardware, including 33 robots from six brands, 100+ end-of-arm tools, 200+ structural, mounting, and fastener components; 70+ controls, motors, and actuators; 50+ conveyors and material handling parts, 25+ safety devices and more.
- Partnerships with trusted brands, including ABB, FANUC, Keyence, OnRobot, Schunk, Universal Robots, Zimmer Group, and more.
- An impressive 95% of orders shipping within two weeks.
- The Marketplace’s new tagline, “Everything is compatible here”, perfectly encapsulates its core value proposition. By eliminating compatibility concerns, Vention has significantly reduced the guess work involved in part selection and future scalability.
Beyond Marketplace, Vention displayed several cutting-edge solutions at the booth.

MachineBuilder received its most comprehensive suite of upgrades, including smarter and more intuitive AI-driven design tools. During ATX West 2025, Vention demonstrated the evolution of its no-cost engineering design platform.
Attendees explored these enhancements including:
-
Smarter part placement: Powered by Vention’s AI-driven Geometric Reasoning Engine (GRE), components added to a design automatically snap to the desired orientation with minimal user input.
-
Enhanced part manipulation: Reduces the learning curve of designing in MachineBuilder with new part manipulation tools powered by contextual guidance and a more discoverable 3D manipulator.
-
Point and click robot programming: Visualize the position of reference frames and waypoints in the scene using new scene widgets.
-
Extensible workflows and powerful authoring capabilities: Defines parametric reference frames and waypoints with variables and expressions.
-
Calibration Frame: Defines calibration frames in your digital twin to enable the level of precision required for your robotic application.
