Vention's cobot pedestal is a go to option for static mounting of the Doosan H series, Fanuc CRX 10 and 20, and UR 10 & 16 can all be bolted directly to the top plate of the pedestal. Many other robots can be installed by using one of Vention's standard Robot Plates. The pedestal must be attached to a sturdy extrusion frame or anchored directly to the floor using 1/2 in. anchors found in the mounting kit ST-RB-033-0002. If mounted to a Vention extrusion frame the pedestal must be attached using the twelve M8 fasteners included torqued to 13-15Nm. If the pedestal is to be floor mounted directly, follow the instructions found on the product page of ST-RB-033-0002. The pedestal is available in heights of 585mm, 945mm, and 1215mm. It includes T-slot faces for accessories mounting and a mobile base can be added for applications where maximum agility is needed. See the 2D Drawing for assembly and installation instructions.
