This collaborative robot palletizer is a simple and cost-effective solution to palletize products. It has been designed for medium sized cobots like the UR10. The design is modular and can be optimized according to the robot and end-of-arm tool used. The pedestal can be repositioned along the main frame, and the pallet locators can also be adjusted depending on the pallet types. Behind the robot, a small frame was added to install the controller, the teach pendant and the tower light. The whole design has floor anchors.
