The Problem
Cirkul is a fast-growing innovator in water water bottles and dispensers that let users customize every sip. With 150+ flavors and adjustable intensity, Cirkul’s ‘Sipsters’ simply turn a dial to find their perfect flavor balance. Cirkul’s mission to transform hydration and reduce plastic waste has fueled skyrocketing demand—and with it, the constant need to evolve their operations. With two major hubs in Florida and Utah, Cirkul has grown to occupy over 700,000 square feet of production space with a production capacity of more than 400,000 dispensers per hour.
While growth has been the main objective for several years, their team is now shifting focus to efficiencies - efficiencies that are achieved not just through automation equipment itself, but how they design and deploy equipment that can scale across their entire business.

The Project
To keep up with rising demand and shifting goals, Cirkul partnered with Vention for various projects across their dispenser manufacturing and packaging lines. The collaboration included custom sensor fixtures for barcode scanners and quality control, built with Vention’s industrial aluminum framing, and modular conveyors for Cirkul’s packaging lines.
A key advantage for Cirkul has been Vention’s modular ‘LEGO block’ solutions and cloud-based MachineBuilder software. With teams in Florida and Utah, the software enables fast, collaborative design and easy sharing of components—speeding up deployment while maintaining consistency. This digital-first approach supports Cirkul’s agile mindset to scale solutions efficiently.
The Results
By partnering with Vention, Cirkul found a winning formula to reduce costs without compromising on the custom solutions needed for their unique end-of-line operations. Unlike traditional integrators, Vention’s modular platform and cloud-based design tools eliminated hefty engineering fees, allowing Cirkul to design conveyors and sensor fixtures in just one to two days. Orders then shipped rapidly, arriving for installation within a week—accelerating their production ramp-up significantly.
Additionally, Vention’s adaptable platform enables Cirkul to easily tweak and scale their automation solutions over time, boosting long-term efficiency and reducing lifetime operating costs. This dynamic approach positions Cirkul to keep up with demand and increase their operational efficiency without being locked into costly or rigid systems.
