As a Vention Automation Partner, Denali benefits from a dedicated team that supports them throughout every project. This includes a single Vention account manager who serves as the primary point of contact from the initial discovery call to the final implementation. Additionally, an Application Engineer is assigned to the account, providing expertise in optimizing and validating designs. By collaborating with the same team on every project, Denali and Vention are able to build a strong working relationship, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the client’s satisfaction.
For this project, Denali collaborated with their Vention team to design an automated box detection system with a conveyor using MachineBuilder - Vention’s 3D design tool that allows you to build custom machines & robot cells.
The client was able to quickly adjust designs and adapt to changing requirements directly within the 3D CAD. Unlike traditional CAD software, which involves time-consuming manual updates, bill of materials creation, and part sourcing for every revision, MachineBuilder offers a seamless, integrated interface. With predefined parts, auto-generated bills of materials, and built-in revision history, the team was able to design, order, and receive everything they needed in just a few days to keep the project on track.
